Pasternak eased Jessica’s activity slowly, starting with walking 6,000 steps daily. “It is a social thing that you can do with your children,” she says. Slowly, she increased to 14,000 steps, according to E News.

Weight Loss Tip #2: Three meals and two snacks

Eating healthy played a big role in your weight loss. Jessica followed Pasternak’s Body Reset diet, which allows for three meals and two snacks per day. Each meal includes protein, fiber, and fat, while snacks are a combination of protein and fiber or protein and fat.

“She will have very tasty foods that are healthier versions of things like tortilla soup or Tex-Mex,” he says. The healthy eating plan also allows for indulgences. “And if she has a birthday party one night and another date night, she’s going to indulge those two nights, but that’s it,” Pasternak told the publication. “It’s about balancing yourself in a way that you don’t make it painful or a deviation from your life before that. ”

She completed 45 minute sessions three days a week and impressed her coaches along the way. “You have worked hard and the reward is priceless!” Sydney shared a congratulatory Instagram post. “I have been training for 10 years and have never been so excited about transforming a client.”

Weight Loss Tip #4: Spent 1 hour disconnected from technology
